As founder and managing partner of Agile Insurance Analytics, Bill brings more than 35 years in the insurance industry across a range of executive roles - including 15 years as a CIO, along with leadership of Human Resources, strategic planning, data management, and the Project Management Office. He also served as COO of a large specialty insurance brokerage.

Bill pairs strong data management, project management, and systems development expertise with deep insurance operations knowledge. He was one of the first two external individuals elected to A.M. Best's Rating Services board of directors and served on ACORD's board for eight years, chairing it in 1999 and 2000. He has also served on the boards of numerous insurance technology organizations.

A frequent conference speaker and author of numerous articles and white papers, Bill currently leads a major industry initiative developing a standard insurance business glossary and data model(s).

Mike manages, designs, and implements data and information reporting solutions for clients, bringing more than 30 years in the insurance industry as an IT analyst, data architect, data processing manager, and business intelligence executive.

He has successfully led major system development projects and transformations for a number of insurance carriers, and has been building insurance reporting systems, data warehouses, and BI platforms since 1989 - both as a consultant and an in-house practitioner. Before joining AIA, he served as a BI/Analytics Officer for a large multinational insurance carrier.

Mike holds strong skills in the design and implementation of management dashboards and reporting systems using state-of-the-art technologies and practices.

Russell brings over 40 years in general insurance and claims operations. He most recently served as President and CEO of Resource Partners, a firm specializing in the development and management of captive insurance companies, and previously served as President of the Insurance Society of Philadelphia.

Earlier, he spent eight years at General Accident / CGU / OneBeacon, where he was Senior Vice President of Claims for the personal-lines direct-writing affiliate, Convenient Property and Casualty Group, and Assistant Vice President of Claims for OneBeacon's national account and program business divisions. In 2001 he joined AAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Group as Vice President of Claims (Chief Claim Officer), responsible for claim handling across all lines of business - ensuring service quality to AAA members, regulatory compliance, expense management, and appropriate claim outcomes. In 2010 he was promoted to Senior Vice President over Claims, Underwriting, Policy Services, and a specialized Sales Unit.

He has also held field management positions with Royal Insurance Company and Allstate, and has served on numerous industry boards, including the Insurance Society of Philadelphia, the New Jersey Automobile Insurance Risk Exchange (NJAIRE), and the Pennsylvania Insurance Federation.

Charlie's career spans more than four decades, primarily serving the insurance industry. He was president of a large international consulting practice and has helped develop numerous insurance systems and reporting services, working as a systems engineer, project manager, business operations leader, data center manager, and management consultant.

He has completed over 30 management consulting engagements for Life and P&C companies - ranging from the smallest P&C mutual to the largest Life and P&C carriers - spanning functional and enterprise assessment through design and implementation of organization, technology platforms, workflow processes, and staffing. Charlie has contributed to multiple insurance benchmarking studies that identified organizational weaknesses and areas in need of change.

An author of numerous insurance articles, Charlie is a key member of the OMG data modeling / data glossary initiative.

Michael brings 40+ years expertise in information architecture, data management, data governance, data quality, master data management, security, analytics, data hub design, process management, and AI governance.

His work focuses on helping organizations leverage information so it can support AI, reporting, analytics, governance, integration, and business decision-making.
