During his 15-year tenure as CIO, 8 years leading the human resources function of a major organization, and through other executive leadership roles, he led large-scale transformation initiatives spanning data and analytics, operations, workforce management, technology, and enterprise planning.

His industry leadership extends beyond the organizations he served. Bill spent 8 years on the ACORD Board of Directors and has served on the boards of A.M. Best Rating Services and several insurance technology organizations. He is also a published author and recognized contributor to the development of insurance data and business standards that continue to support the industry.

Bill brings this combination of executive leadership, insurance expertise, and practical transformation experience to clients facing complex business, technology, data, governance, and operational challenges.

Mike is a veteran insurance data and analytics leader with decades of insurance data and analytics leadership helping organizations turn data into actionable business insight. His background includes leadership roles in data architecture, business intelligence, reporting, and information management, with responsibility for building enterprise reporting systems, data warehouses, and analytics platforms since the early days of BI adoption in the insurance industry.

As a former BI and Analytics Officer for a multinational insurer, Mike led initiatives that improved executive visibility, operational performance, and strategic decision-making through modern reporting and dashboard solutions.

Russ brings more than five decades of insurance leadership experience spanning claims, underwriting, policy services, captive insurance management, and executive operations. As a former President and CEO, Chief Claims Officer, and senior insurance executive, he has led organizations responsible for delivering operational excellence, regulatory compliance, customer service, and financial performance.

His background combines hands-on operational leadership with significant industry involvement, including board service with several prominent insurance organizations including service on the boards of the Insurance Society of Philadelphia, the New Jersey Automobile Insurance Risk Exchange, and the Pennsylvania Insurance Federation. Russ provides clients with practical insight gained from managing complex insurance operations and leading organizations through growth and change.

Charlie is an insurance consulting and operations specialist focused on workflow analysis, benchmarking, staffing assessment, technology evaluation, and process improvement, bringing 40+ years of experience in consulting, insurance systems, and operations.

His background includes helping insurance organizations assess operating processes, identify improvement opportunities, and align technology and staffing decisions to business requirements. His work focuses on helping organizations structure information so it can support reporting, analytics, governance, integration and business decision-making.

Michael brings four decades of leadership experience in information management, data governance, analytics, and enterprise architecture. He has helped organizations establish the foundations needed to manage, protect, and leverage information across increasingly complex business environments.

His expertise includes data and AI governance, data quality, master data management, security, integration, and self-service analytics. Michael focuses on helping organizations transform information into a strategic advantage by creating trusted, accessible, and actionable data that supports better decisions and stronger business outcomes.
